"I cannot fault the driver who was excellent but the person taking my booking ssent him to the wrong terminal adter i repeatedly told her we arrive at the qe terminal. She insisted the city terminal was correct and sent him there causing confusion. Requiring several phone calls to find him. She also originally had the wrong time for our pick up , possibly my fault i am not sure but when i tried to fix it she was rude i found proving it had been ordered incorrectly instead of just fixing it. If the payment had not already been taken from my account i would have cancelled it as they gave me no confiedence he would show up. I put extra information regarding our booking into notes and this was also ignored. So 5 stars for the driver and 2 stars for the person who handled our booking. There is a trail of emails trying to get him to come to the qe terminal only to have him sent to the wrong one"
